Notice of Ordinary General Meeting

Dear Members,

The Faculty Association is pleased to invite you to our Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) on Thursday, December 5, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. This will be an online meeting, and the agenda package will be distributed no later than Thursday, November 28, 2024.

Following the meeting, we invite you to join us for an in-person member social event from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the University Club, Main Dining Room.

Calendar invites have been sent out to members through email on October 28, 2024. If you have any questions, please contact the Administrative Coordinator, Sabrina Chang at [email protected].

The Executive Committee strongly encourages all members to attend. This is a great opportunity to hear about the latest initiatives from your Faculty Association and to share your thoughts on current issues facing faculty and librarians at UVic.
