Notice of Annual General Meeting and Member Social Event – April 22, 2025

Dear Members,

The Faculty Association is pleased to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. This will be an online meeting, and the agenda package will be distributed no later than Wednesday, April 16, 2025.

Following the meeting, we invite you to join us for an in-person Celebrating the End of Term – UVic FA Member Social from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the David Clode Room in Grad House.

If you would like to attend the member social, please register here by Tuesday, April 4, 2025, so we can ensure adequate food arrangements.

The Executive Committee strongly encourages all members to attend. This is a great opportunity to hear about the latest initiatives from your Faculty Association and to share your thoughts on current issues facing faculty and librarians at UVic.
