Notice of Annual General Meeting 2017

Notice is hereby given to all Members of the University of Victoria Faculty Association (the “Association”) of the Annual General Meeting

To be held on Monday, April 10, 2016 from 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM at the Cornett Building, RM B108.

Key matters on the Agenda  include:

• The ratification of the Association’s Advocacy Agenda for 2017-18
• The approval of the Association’s Final Budget for 2017-18
• Final Draft of Proposed New Bylaws – March 23, 2017
• Nomination Slate 2017 and Nominations from the Floor

An Agenda Package will be sent to all Members on April 4, 2017.  In the meantime, please see the 2017 AGM Notice and Preliminary Agenda for more information.

The Executive Committee encourages members to attend – even if only for part of the meeting.
